At Berk Immigration Law, you will always meet with me, Lauren Berkowitz. As your immigration attorney, I will handle every aspect of your case throughout the representation. I sincerely enjoy helping businesses and individuals navigate US immigration laws and customizing my legal services to meet each of my client’s individual needs. I limit the number of cases I take on to ensure I can devote the time and attention your case requires and deserves. If for any reason I cannot take on your case, I will let you know up front.

ABOUT Lauren Berkowitz

My practice is devoted exclusively to U.S. immigration law.

I have worked in the immigration law field in various capacities for over 10 years, including as a business immigration paralegal for 2 years prior to law school, as an associate working for other law firms for 7+ years, and now as a solo practitioner. I am recognized by Super Lawyers as a top rated immigration attorney and made the Rising Stars list in 2023.

I earned my law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law (Temple Law) in Philadelphia (2016) and earned my bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia (2010).

I am originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and currently reside in Philadelphia. In my free time I enjoy solving crossword puzzles and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams. I love animals and have a pet cat named Luca Brasi and leopard gecko named Carl.
